„Hallo,
wir sind Verena, Eric, Inga, Kristina, Monika, Jochen, Anna und Sebastian und uns verbindet eins - wir sind Teilnehmer des Junior Managers Program bei Bosch.
Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit hat sich jeder Einzelne von uns gefragt: Was erwartet mich eigentlich als Teilnehmer dieses Programmes bei Bosch? Könnte dieses Programm für mich interessant sein?
Da diese Fragen ein wenig Unsicherheit hinterlassen und auch nicht komplett beim Bewerbertag oder den einzelnen Vorstellungsgesprächen geklärt werden können, wollen wir Euch schon vorab ein paar Infos und Einblicke geben.
Durch diesen Weblog könnt Ihr uns und unser Leben bei Bosch, das Unternehmen und das Programm näher kennen lernen sowie Eure Fragen loswerden. Wir finden, dass Ihr auf diese Weise einen guten Einblick in mögliche zukünftige Herausforderungen gewinnen könnt.
In diesem Blog möchten wir das schreiben, was für uns und – so denken wir – auch für Euch interessant ist. Allerdings möchten wir um Verständnis bitten, wenn wir auf bestimmte, z. B. private Fragen und anonyme oder diskriminierende Kommentare keine Antworten geben.

This is Verena, Eric, Inga, Kristina, Monika, Jochen, Anna and Sebastian; and we all have one thing in common: we are all participants in the Junior Managers Program at Bosch.
Not so long ago, every one of us wondered: What is it like to be a participant in this program at Bosch? What will await me? Could this program also be interesting for my career?
Since not all of these questions could have been answered completely through applicants@bosch (the Bosch assessment center) and within the follow-up interviews, we would like to give you an idea and some information about our points of view in the easy to use blog website.
With this weblog, you can get to know to us, our work life in Bosch, and also the company as well as the program itself. In addition, you can shoot us with questions you might have. Through this blog, we think that you can get an idea of how a future challenge as a trainee could look like.
We will be writing about what is important for us and therefore what could be interesting for you. We also would like to ask you for your understanding, if we do not comment or answer very private, discriminating or anonymous questions.
